Refund policy

Returning an unwanted item?

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit for you, and you'd like to initiate a return for a refund. Below are our return guidelines for your reference:

Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us and arrange a return, followed by an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
  • After this period, we do not accept returns for unwanted items.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Items returned in a used or unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the item, and re-delivery charges will apply.
  • If your order includes a free promotional gift as part of a qualifying purchase, the gift must be returned in its original condition alongside the item(s) being refunded. Failure to return the promotional gift may result in a deduction from your refund, equivalent to the retail value of the gift.

Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the returned items until they reach us.
  • Ensure that items are properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

Damaged in Transit

  • If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, you can refuse it, and it will be returned to us automatically.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please have images of the damaged product, packaging, and courier label ready, as these may be requested to process your claim quickly.
